As a family-owned and operated business with deep local roots in Hampton, Ontario, we take pride in being part of the community. ClearNorth was founded by Kyden Klose and Charles James, two passionate entrepreneurs who are committed to providing top-notch service and creating lasting customer relationships. Kyden, a Hampton native, and Charles, who shares a deep connection with the area, combined their vision and expertise to create a window cleaning company built on the principles of quality, integrity, and reliability.

As the Owner and one of the Co-Founders of ClearNorth Window Cleaning, Kyden brings a personal touch to every job. Born and raised in Hampton, Kyden’s commitment to the local community runs deep. With a passion for perfection and customer satisfaction, he set out to build a company that was not only dependable but also caring. His leadership and hands-on approach ensure that every window cleaned is a reflection of his high standards and values.
Kyden is actively involved in every aspect of the business, from customer relations to overseeing job quality. He understands that every client is unique, and he’s always available to address any concerns or questions. After multiple years of window cleaning experience, Kyden’s deep understanding of the trade, coupled with his drive for excellence, guarantees that every job is done right the first time.
With years of experience in the window cleaning industry, Charles is a pillar of ClearNorth’s day-to-day operations. As a Co-Founder & Operations Manager, Charles ensures that the team operates smoothly and efficiently, delivering high-quality service to all our clients, from residential to commercial properties. He is responsible for managing contracts, maintaining our online presence, performing cleanings and ensuring everything is up to ClearNorth’s impeccable standards.
Charles’s approach is hands-on, and he’s always looking for ways to improve and streamline our operations. He takes pride in our work and making sure every customer understands and shares the same passion for excellence that defines our brand.
